How to Apply
Preparation

Clean the eyebrows thoroughly using RefectoCil Micellar Eye Make-Up Remover.

Use RefectoCil Saline Solution to remove any remaining surfactants or oil residue.

Ensure the skin and brow hairs are completely dry before beginning the application.
Step 1: Brow Styling
-
Using the rubber spoolie, brush the eyebrows into the desired shape and direction.
Step 2: Lash & Brow Perm (1)
-
Apply Lash & Brow Perm (1) evenly to the entire eyebrow, starting at the inner brow and following the direction in which the hairs were brushed.

Avoid contact with the surrounding skin as much as possible. Use a dry cotton bud to clean up any excess product.

Processing time: 6 minutes.

Remove the Perm using a dry cotton bud or cotton pad, following the direction of hair growth. Adjust individual hairs if needed.
Step 3: Neutralizer (2)

Apply Neutralizer (2) with a brush, repeating the same application method used for the Perm.

Processing time: 4 minutes.

Remove the Neutralizer using a damp cotton pad.
-
Clean the brow area thoroughly with RefectoCil Saline Solution to remove all residue.
Step 4: Tinting & Finishing
-
Tint the eyebrows using the selected RefectoCil eyebrow tint.

Tint application time: 3 minutes (after brow lamination).
-
Remove the tint and brush the brows into the final desired shape using the rubber spoolie.
-
If necessary, trim any overly long hairs with eyebrow scissors.
Storage Conditions

Store in a cool place, protected from light

Keep tubes tightly closed when not in use
