With 2% arbutin (derived from lingonberry and blueberry plants), the formula works to fade dark spots, inhibit melanin formation, and prevent hyperpigmentation. Together, rice bran water and arbutin help suppress melanin formation, treat sun damage, and support a more luminous, even complexion.
